We recently purchased a house in Middlemarch, Otago, and the agent doing the deal was Jess Brooks. We found her easy to work with, delightful and cheerful. (We need some cheer after buying the cheapest house of the year! “Bring you tools; all of them” Well, no kidding!) Yeah, not a lot of thinking here, we just went for it. Now we all, Jess included, are eager to see where it leads. Should I find the challenge a bit too much for me or us, I'd very gladly go back to Jess to ask her to sell the place again – after we clean it up some of course! And give it some time.
